A first look

We come out, we look, we tell you what we see. Not a four-step pitch.

We do not sell a reroof from the driveway. A first look is us on the roof, and in the attic if we can get there. We take photos of what is actually there. Then we talk.

What we look at

  • Photos of the stain and the roof above it, a record, not a sales deck.
  • Penetrations: pipe boots, vents, skylights we diagnose (we do not sell skylights).
  • Deck feel. Soft wood around a hole is a different job than a cracked collar.
  • Drip edge at the eaves and rakes. Required. A first insurance look often skips it. That is fascia, not a stain inside.
  • Valleys. Two planes meet. Debris sits there. The metal wears.
  • Dump and permit talk, if the job is bigger than a repair. Those lines belong on a bid.

What it is not

It is not a four-step claim graphic. It is not a promise we will get you more money. Insurance is supposed to make you whole, not hand you a profit. That is indemnity. We document real damage. We are patient.

If a repair holds, that is the job. A tear-off is for when the system is finished. Find the leak if the stain is the reason you called. How we bid if you already have a number from someone else.

We do not run a quote widget. Monday–Saturday 8am–6pm. Closed Sunday. Call or text (956) 203-7733, or send a message.
